Counter Sales Executive (Building Materials / Concrete Products)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Counter Sales Executive to manage daily counter sales operations, assist customers in selecting suitable products, and deliver a professional customer experience. Candidates with experience in building materials or concrete products will be highly preferred. A Civil Engineering background will be considered an advantage, as the role requires a good understanding of construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily counter sales activities and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Provide product information and recommend suitable concrete and building material products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper product display and monitor stock levels at the counter
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding sales reports and stock requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
• Ensure the counter area remains organized, clean, and presentable

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in counter sales, preferably in building materials or construction products
• Strong understanding of construction materials and related products is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is preferred
• Previous experience dealing with contractors, engineers, and construction companies is a plus
