Counter Sales (Rental & Leasing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and guide customers based on rental/leasing needs.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to grow leasing business.
• Plan and monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities.
• Meet sales and profit targets set by Management.
• Promote the brand and attract new customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and new products.
• Maintain sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage existing accounts and promote new offers.
• Follow-up on lease contract renewals and customer payments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Division Manager/Management per business needs.

Candidate’s Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field (automotive industry would be an advantage).
• Good English & Arabic communication skills.
• Computer literate; multi-tasking.
• Pleasant appearance; customer oriented.
• Kuwait based; transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa)
