Counter Sales/Baritsa

Counter sales/Barista must follow the direction of his / her immediate Direction and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare Smoothies: Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.

· Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.

· Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area, equipment, and seating area clean.

· Handle Cash: Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change.

· Monitor Stock: Keep an eye on stock levels and restock as necessary.

· Perform Daily Cleaning: Clean floors, tables, and restrooms; dispose of trash properly.

· Sanitize Regularly: Sanitize high-touch surfaces and equipment frequently.

· Manage Waste: Dispose of waste and recycling according to established guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
