Country Manager

Main Description

● ZWSOFT is seeking a Country Manager for Saudi Arabia (KSA) to lead our business development and channel expansion in the region.

● As the business lead for KSA, this role carries full responsibility for driving growth through both new business development and existing partner and key account management.

● The Country Manager will shape the local go-to-market strategy, build a scalable business ecosystem, and coordinate cross-functional support from marketing and technical teams to ensure sustainable success.

Responsibilities

● Define and design the overall business architecture for KSA, including market strategy, business framework, and long-term development roadmap.

● Build, expand, and manage the local ecosystem and ensure strong governance, performance tracking, and capability growth.

● Drive key account development, including enterprise customers, governmental entities, and strategic industries.

● Lead business planning, pipeline development, and reviews to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

● Guide and coordinate technical support and marketing teams to ensure aligned, effective enablement and market execution.

● Maintain strong market intelligence and competitive insight; identify opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships.

● Represent ZWSOFT in the KSA market, strengthening corporate presence and building long-term customer and partner relationships.

Qualifications

● Arabic speaker with fluent English.

● 15+ years of relevant experience in software, IT, or engineering-related industries. Familiar with VAD-VAR structure is a plus.

● Strong network and proven experience with local channels, distributors, resellers, and key accounts in KSA.

● Experience in CAD, CAx, or engineering software is a strong plus.

● Demonstrated ability to build market strategy, manage complex ecosystems, and drive business growth.

● Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment.
