Country Manager - (20-25,000 SAR) - Riyadh Based - Entertainment Area / Children's Entertainment area

Overview

The Country Manager will be responsible for the full operational, commercial, and strategic leadership of the brand across the UAE. This role will drive revenue growth, customer experience, expansion, and team performance across multiple sites within the children’s play and family entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Leadership

• Own full P&L responsibility for UAE operations
• Drive revenue growth across admissions, parties, F&B, and memberships
• Develop and execute country-level business strategy
• Identify and secure new site expansion opportunities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations
• Ensure world-class customer experience and safety standards
• Implement SOPs, policies, and operational efficiencies
• Monitor KPIs: footfall, spend per head, occupancy, and retention

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing multi-site teams
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management
• Create strong leadership structure (venue managers, supervisors, etc.)

Brand & Customer Experience

• Maintain premium brand standards across all sites
• Enhance customer journey, birthday party experience, and repeat visits
• Manage feedback, reviews, and continuous service improvement

Marketing & Partnerships

• Work with marketing teams to drive footfall and brand awareness
• Develop partnerships with schools, nurseries, and corporates
• Execute local campaigns, events, and promotions

Financial Management

• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Optimise margins across staffing, F&B, and operations
• Report performance to senior leadership

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations
• Maintain strict health & safety standards for children’s facilities
• Oversee risk management and incident protocols

Salary budget: 20-25,000 SAR per month + medical
