Country Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the company’s operations within the Kingdom, with primary accountability for revenue generation and consistent delivery of sales targets. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, ensuring market growth, operational excellence, and brand positioning aligned with corporate
objectives.
Leadership & Team Management:

Ensure enforcement and adaptation of the corporate values and vision

Sales & Revenue Performance:

Own and deliver aggressive sales targets across all boutiques and channels.

Drive high-value transactions, VIP sales, and private client engagements.
-
Lead and embed a clienteling culture, ensuring strong CRM utilization and repeat business.

Monitor boutique performance daily (ATV, UPT, conversion rate, client retention).

Personally engage with top-tier clients (VICs) to drive loyalty and lifetime value.

Identify and activate local sales opportunities, events, and exclusive launches.
Market Expansion & Business Development:

Provide insights into KSA luxury consumer behavior and trends.

Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies within KSA to identify opportunities for boutique expansion, relocations, or refurbishments.

Build strategic relationships with mall operators, landlords, and key stakeholders.

Ensure alignment with local market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences

Support in developing and implementing product-marketing strategies
Financial Management:

Direct and manage, the country financial and budgetary activities, inclusive of analyzing financial statements, reports, and other performance indicators and providing the necessary feedback and recommendations

Monitor control and approve capital and non-capital expenditures and audit effectiveness.

Full P&L ownership for the KSA market.

Ensure strong cash flow management and ROI on investments.

Set prices or credit terms for goods or services, based on forecasts of customer demand in line with overall budget
Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency.

Ensure alignment with company SOPs, brand standards, and governance frameworks.
-
Drive cost optimization without compromising service or brand experience.
-
Take on the responsibility of directly liaising with malls, handling negotiations for prime locations, securing leases, and finalizing contract agreements.

Support in personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation

Maintain point of sale requirement (such as taking orders, warehousing, stock, etc.…)
Brand & Customer Experience:

Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer experience aligned with brand positioning.

Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

Strengthen brand presence and reputation in the KSA market.
-
Act as the guardian of brand image in KSA, ensuring alignment with global luxury standards.

Elevate brand desirability through exclusive experiences, activations, and partnerships.

Ensure all boutiques reflect visual merchandising excellence and storytelling.

Collaborate with marketing to deliver high-impact, ROI-driven campaigns targeting HNWIs.
Policy and Procedure:

Ensure the implementation of all organizational policies and procedures

Ensure the implementation of all regulatory and SLA protocols
Safety & Risk Management:

Ensure risk management plan is in place and applied

Responsible for managing the department’s exposure to operational risks

Ensure commitment to all QHSE protocols and procedures as per organizational and official requirements

A. Education :
-
College or University Graduate (preferable higher level of education MBA, etc....) in the fields of Business Administration, or related fields.
B. Professional Experience:
-
From five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within similar positions in related fields within the luxury retail market.
-
A minimum of five (5) years’ recent experience as a retail operational executive (preferable within the luxury retail market particularly in watches, jewelry, and fashion).
C. Competencies Required:

Proficiency in MS Office packages; e-mail and internet etiquette, feasibility studies preparation; business plan presentations, data research and interpretation.

Familiarity with risk assessment.

Management skills related to strategic operational management.

Knowledge of financial statements and reports

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Business level knowledge of accounting, budget formulation and control
