Sales Supervisor – Qatar

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. This full-time, on-site role will lead and coach a team of medical representatives, drive sales growth, and strengthen partnerships with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with proven experience in healthcare or nutrition sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach medical representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare institutions, and pharmacies.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct field visits, provide training, and ensure excellent product knowledge across the team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ sales experience in healthcare, nutrition, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Qatar.
