Beauty Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Sales Supervisor to oversee client services, manage daily floor operations, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in beauty treatments and services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and lead the beauty sales team on the floor to achieve sales and service targets.* Ensure smooth daily floor handling, including client appointments, walk-ins, and service coordination.

* Provide personalized client consultations and recommendations on beauty products, treatments, and services.

* Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.* Oversee client services to ensure a seamless and premium experience at all times.

*Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and visual presentation on the sales floor.* Handle client escalations with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.

* Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance product knowledge and customer service standards.

*Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, client feedback, and staff productivity.

Requirements:

*Female candidate, preferably with experience in beauty treatments and services (spa, salon, cosmetics, skincare, or wellness industry).

*Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, client services, or supervisory roles.*Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Bilingual (Arabic & English preferred) to cater to diverse client needs.

* Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

*Well-groomed, professional appearance, and passion for beauty and wellness.

Preferred Skills:

*Certification/training in beauty, cosmetology, or skincare is a plus.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
