Courier Operations

Purpose:

To manage daily hub operations and ensure fast, accurate parcel delivery and COD control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise hub activities (sorting, scanning, dispatch)

* Manage riders and assign delivery routes

* Ensure on-time deliveries and reduce RTO

* Monitor COD collection and daily cash reconciliation

* Handle delivery issues and customer complaints

* Prepare daily operational reports (MIS)

**Requirements:**

* 1–3 years courier/logistics experience

* Supervisory experience preferred

* Basic Excel & system knowledge

* Strong rider and field management skills

**Key KPIs:**

* On-time delivery rate

* COD accuracy (no cash leakage)

* Low RTO and complaints

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
