Creative Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our team. This role involves developing and delivering branding, packaging, social media content, and presentations for campaigns and client projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in brand identity, social media, packaging, and print design, with strong production knowledge. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to ensure creative outputs are impactful and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Digital Content

• Create engaging visuals for social media feeds, campaigns, and paid ads (static and video).
• Design digital assets including website banners, emailers, and online promotions.
• Edit and prepare short videos and animations for events, launches, and stories.

2. Branding & Identity

• Design logos and brand identities for in-house and client brands.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across collaterals.
• Prepare brand profiles and presentations to support campaigns, launches, and pitches.

3. Packaging & Print Design

• Design packaging materials (boxes, sleeves, giveaways, marketing collaterals).
• Apply technical specifications for accurate printing and production.
• Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality outputs with minimal errors.

4. Presentations & Collaterals

• Develop impactful presentations for marketing, PR, campaigns, launches, and training.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Prepare pitch decks and campaign profiles for internal and client use.

5. Collaboration & Production

• Prepare final artworks for print and digital production.
• Build expertise in production processes, techniques, and materials.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to meet campaign needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in branding, packaging, and social media design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identities, packaging, and campaign visuals.
• Excellent knowledge of printing and production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong skills in presentation design and content creation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
