Creative Director - Events

ESMOS is recruiting for a Creative Director for one of our clients in the events industry based in Dubai.

As a Creative Director, to lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across museums, exhibitions, events, and brand activations. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with spatial and technical expertise to deliver immersive and memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision, concept development, and execution of design projects.
• Oversee spatial, lighting, and set design to ensure cohesive and impactful experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into reality.
• Present creative ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor creative teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Ensure creative excellence while aligning with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Stay informed on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, Architecture, Branding or Theatre Design, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead with a focus on Museum Design, Exhibition, Events, Brand Activations and scenography.
• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing excellent work samples
• Experienced in spatial design, storytelling, lighting, set design, and interactive media.
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders
• Knowledge of production processes, materials, and technologies relevant to exhibition and event design.

Salary is up to 42K AED per month plus benefits.
