Creative Director | Female

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Creative Director to lead our creative team and oversee the development of impactful brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company’s creative direction, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality visual and marketing concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team (designers, content creators, video editors)
• Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand goals
• Oversee branding, advertising, and digital campaigns
• Review and approve creative materials (graphics, videos, social media content)
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms
• Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and concepts
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and campaign work
• Expertise in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and mentor a creative team
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
