About the Role
Love2Laundry is seeking an Apollo.io Expert to spearhead our outbound sales engine. You will be responsible for identifying high-value B2B prospects (hotels, gyms, corporate offices, and Airbnb hosts), building laser-targeted lead lists, and executing automated email sequences that convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & List Building: Use Apollo’s advanced filters (technographics, funding, job changes) to build high-intent lead lists.
- Sequence Management: Draft, launch, and A/B test cold email sequences to maintain high open and click-through rates.
- Data Hygiene: Ensure all data synced between Apollo.io and our CRM is accurate and enriched.
- Deliverability Optimization: Monitor domain health and "spam" scores to ensure our outreach actually hits the inbox.
- Performance Tracking: Provide weekly reports on "MQLs" (Marketing Qualified Leads) and "Booked Meetings" generated via the platform.
- Personalization at Scale: Use Apollo’s AI features and snippets to personalize messages for different industries (e.g., tailored messaging for Airbnb hosts vs. Corporate HR).
Requirements & Skills
- Apollo.io Mastery: Proven experience in building "Workflows," "Personas," and "Buying Committees" within the Apollo platform.
- Technical Writing: Ability to write concise, persuasive English B2B emails (no "fluff" or generic templates).
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data to see why one campaign outperformed another.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an Outbound Sales or Lead Gen role using Apollo.io or similar tools (Instantly, Lemlist, etc.).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
