As we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for a passionate creative mind who lives and breathes Saudi culture — someone who can translate local trends, style, and voices into authentic and visually striking content for our brand


About the Role


We’re seeking a Creative Lead (KSA) to shape Lenskart’s local storytelling and visual identity across channels. Based in Jeddah, this role will be the driving force behind creating Saudi-first content — from concept to execution — for social media, product launches, in-store visuals, and digital campaigns. You’ll act as the creative pulse of the brand in Saudi Arabia, connecting Lenskart with Millennial audiences through culturally relevant ideas, influencer collaborations, and fashion-forward narratives. You’ll also serve as the brand’s eyes and ears in the market — reporting emerging creative and cultural trends back to regional and international teams.


Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute locally relevant creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and always-on content.

● Produce social-first content that resonates with Saudi consumers while aligning with Lenskart’s global brand standards.

● Lead small-scale production shoots and in-house content creation, from ideation to execution.

● Be hands-on — from capturing quick, trend-based videos in stores to experimenting with AI and new digital tools to maximize content output.

● Partner with local influencers, photographers, and creators to bring ideas to life authentically.

● Stay ahead of cultural trends, fashion movements, and local conversations that shape Saudi culture.

● Act as the brand’s cultural antenna — identifying, documenting, and reporting local insights, creative trends, and opportunities to head office and international teams.

● Provide creative direction for visual merchandising assets, campaign visuals, and product storytelling.

● Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure campaign consistency across all touchpoints — online, in-store, and out-of-home.

● Work closely with regional creative and brand teams to adapt global campaigns for the Saudi market.

● Ensure that products and marketing is relevant to the market by giving feedback to the regional teams.

What We’re Looking For

● 3–5 years of experience in content creation, brand marketing, or creative production.

● Proven experience conceptualizing and executing campaigns or content within Saudi Arabia.

● Strong creative and aesthetic sense, ideally with experience in fashion, lifestyle brands.

● Deep understanding of Saudi culture, fashion trends, and what drives engagement.

● Hands-on creator comfortable with content tools, AI-assisted production, and on-the-go creation.

● Excellent understanding of social media platforms and what makes content shareable.

● Established network or working relationships with Saudi creators and influencers is a strong plus. ● Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

● Must hold a valid Saudi driving license and be open to frequent travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally abroad.
