At Zuria Dor, the Creative Marketing Specialist plays a dual role as both a creative storyteller and a marketing strategist. This role is responsible for shaping the brand’s visual identity, leading creative concepts, and executing marketing initiatives that connect with our audience. From campaign naming to art direction, styling, and digital content, the Creative Marketing Specialist ensures every touchpoint reflects the brand’s ethos and drives engagement across platforms.
Creative Direction & Campaign Development
- Conceptualize and name campaigns in alignment with brand identity.
- Lead art direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring storytelling, styling, and mood align with the brand vision.
- Coordinate shoot production, working closely with photographers, stylists, models, and vendors.
Content & Visual Marketing
- Develop visuals and creative assets for the website, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee styling for campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
- Craft engaging content for newsletters, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Digital & Social Media Execution
- Collaborate on user-generated content (UGC) strategy with the marketing team.
- Support the rollout of social media content calendars, ensuring creative assets are timely and impactful.
- Align creative execution with digital performance goals (reach, engagement, conversion).
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
- Partner with Design, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure creative alignment across collections and launches.
- Work with Client Advisory and Sales teams to integrate creative marketing efforts with customer experience.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas that elevate brand visibility.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor the impact of creative campaigns through analytics and audience feedback.
- Recommend improvements in storytelling, visuals, and channel mix based on data-driven insights.

- 2–4 years of experience in creative marketing, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong creative portfolio (styling, campaigns, art direction, or digital content).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Shopify
- Understanding of social media algorithms, UGC trends, and digital marketing practices.
- Strong project management and shoot coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand sensibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Design, or related field.
