Creative Marketing Manager

India

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager with 2–5 years of experience to lead the development and execution of engaging, on-brand marketing campaigns. You’ll oversee content creation, collaborate across teams, and ensure that all marketing assets reflect our brand identity and drive results. This is a hands-on, strategic, and creative role that bridges design, content, and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Project Management

  • Manage and support a small team of creatives (designers, writers, freelancers).
  • Guide the development of digital content, including social media, website assets, email campaigns, and paid media.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and briefs.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
  • Oversee timelines and coordinate cross-functional input to deliver projects on time.
  • Present and pitch creative ideas internally and contribute to strategy sessions.

Content & Campaign Development

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns from idea to launch.
  • Contribute to copywriting, visual direction, and content planning.
  • Support digital growth through creative storytelling and asset optimization.

Analysis & Improvement

  • Track performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Apply data insights to refine future creative and marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed on design trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing innovations.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or creative roles, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
  • Experience leading or collaborating with creative teams or freelancers.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft creative marketing content across platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing principles.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in video content creation or basic editing.
  • Exposure to performance marketing, SEO, or analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
