Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Manager to oversee and lead all creative and media initiatives for both our brand and our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping brand identities, leading the development of creative assets, and executing media strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and growth. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure that all creative outputs align with business goals and resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage cohesive brand strategies for both our company and clients across all platforms (digital, print, video, etc.).
• Lead the creation of high-quality, innovative content that enhances brand storytelling and visual identity.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing team to develop engaging assets including campaigns, ads, videos, and social media content.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and design across all channels.
• Stay updated on creative trends and ensure our clients' brands remain ahead of industry trends.

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client media and creative needs, building strong relationships and maintaining consistent communication.
• Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges, translating them into actionable creative and media strategies.
• Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and performance reports to clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Designing, or a related field.
• Experience in a creative or media management role, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and creative leadership.
• should be good in photo/videography
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro etc)
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and storytelling.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
