Job Summary
The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead and manage all digital and social media marketing activities for The Base Beverage LLC. The role is responsible for building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, driving sales leads, and strengthening the company’s online presence across UAE and export markets.
Female candidates with strong content creation and brand management experience in FMCG / beverage industry are preferred.
Have a good background as Barista or good Knowledge in Coffee is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage company accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and implement monthly content calendars.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms.
2️ Content Creation & Branding
- Oversee creation of high-quality content (reels, product videos, photos, graphics).
- Coordinate product photoshoots and campaign shoots.
- Develop engaging captions in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Highlight product features (karak premix, matcha, coffee, etc.).
- Ensure packaging visuals and branding are professionally represented.
3️ Paid Advertising & Campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Plan seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, National Day, promotions).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Manage advertising budget effectively.
4️ Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and food bloggers.
- Negotiate influencer agreements and track campaign performance.
- Organize giveaways and online competitions.
5️ Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs: engagement rate, reach, followers growth, conversion rate.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics.
6️ E-commerce & Lead Generation Support
- Drive traffic to website / WhatsApp / marketplaces.
- Support sales team with digital lead generation.
- Manage online product listings where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in Social Media Marketing (FMCG preferred).
- Experience in beverage / food industry is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio of previous campaigns.
