Role Overview
We are looking for a talented, driven, and self-sufficient Creative Manager who can independently handle our brand's entire digital presence. This is a hands-on, all-in-one role that combines graphic designing, social media content creation, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats — building visuals, managing social accounts, and running data-driven ad campaigns without requiring supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Design high-quality visuals for social media posts, stories, reels covers, ads, and banners
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms — logo usage, color palette, typography, and tone
- Create marketing materials including flyers, product images, promotional graphics, and thumbnails
- Perform basic to intermediate video editing for reels, short-form clips, and ad creatives
- Work proficiently in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtag strategies tailored to each platform
- Schedule and publish content consistently on time
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and interact with the audience
- Monitor trends and proactively suggest content ideas to drive organic growth
- Track social media performance and report on key metrics monthly
3. Paid Advertising — Meta & Google Ads
- Independently set up, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from scratch
- Define and build precise target audiences: demographics, interests, behaviors, and lookalike audiences
- Create ad copies and creatives in-house that are optimized for conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance
- Manage ad budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) experience is a strong plus
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Graphic Design — Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (Intermediate)
- Meta Ads Manager — full campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and optimization
- Social Media Management — content planning, scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.), and engagement
- Video Editing — CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or any equivalent tool
- Copywriting — ability to write scroll-stopping captions and high-converting ad copy
- Analytics — comfortable reading Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and ad performance data
Good to Have
- Google Ads / YouTube Ads experience
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Product photography or basic studio shoot experience
- Experience with e-commerce or product-based brands

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Month-over-month growth in reach, followers, and engagement across platforms
- Ad campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) — minimum 3x target
- Cost per Lead / Cost per Result — must stay within defined targets
- 100% on-time content calendar delivery
- Minimum [X] fresh creatives/designs delivered per month
- Monthly ad performance report submitted on time
