Role Overview

As a Creative Strategist at Tribe X Digital, you play a key role in turning brand strategy and client goals into social first creative thinking, platform native ideas, content territories, and briefs that unlock great work. You connect insight, culture, and performance to create concepts that are both creatively strong and measurably effective.


What You’ll Do

  • Translate brand strategy into creative territories, content pillars, messaging angles, and platform native formats.
  • Develop campaign and high impact content ideas across mediums and channels
  • Write sharp creative briefs that clarify the “what/why/how,” of brands including audiences, hooks, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Social Content Leads to ensure strategic intent carries into always-on execution without losing craft.
  • Collaborate with Paid/PR/Accounts to align channel roles, sequencing, and messaging across touchpoints.
  • Analyze performance and social signals to produce creative learnings and testing recommendations.
  • Present ideas and rationale clearly internally and, when needed client facing.

What You Bring (Qualifications):


Must Have:

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, social strategy, or content strategy roles, preferably within agency environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn insights into clear creative direction.
  • Excellent briefing skills (creative clarity, deliverable definition, measurable outcomes).
  • Deep understanding of platform native storytelling and what “good” looks like on each channel.
  • Ability to connect performance data to creative decisions (iterate with purpose).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, structured thinking, and persuasive rationale.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing social first campaigns (not just always-on content).
  • Experience directing or collaborating closely with AD/copy/production partners.
  • Familiarity with creator/influencer content models and how to brief creators effectively.
  • Experience with performance creative principles (testing frameworks, iterative production).
