Creative Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking a performance driven Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between data and creativity. This role is focused on developing high converting ad concepts, writing compelling scripts, and continuously testing new creative ideas based on performance insights. You will play a key role in scaling paid marketing efforts by identifying what works, why it works, and what to create next.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative ad concepts for paid social and digital campaigns
  • Write engaging and conversion focused scripts for video ads
  • Create strong hooks, angles, and messaging that capture audience attention quickly
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify winning and losing creatives
  • Research competitors and market trends to uncover high performing ad patterns
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new creative ideas to test consistently
  • Brief video editors and designers with clear direction, references, and expectations
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers and marketing teams to align creative with campaign goals
  • Continuously iterate and optimize creatives based on testing and performance insights

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or advertising
  • Proven experience in creating high performing ad creatives, especially for social platforms
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, or Google Ads
  • Experience working with creative teams including designers and video editors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
