Creative videographer Creator & Editor

We are seeking a highly creative and passionate professional to take a leading role in producing engaging video content for social media platforms, specifically TikTok and Instagram Reels. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating marketing ideas into visually captivating, trend-aware content that achieves high viewability and engagement rates.

• Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Idea Development:
• Propose and develop daily, innovative video ideas that align with our brand identity and the latest trends on TikTok and Instagram.
• Track and understand the latest viral trends and challenges on both platforms, adapting them to serve our marketing objectives.
• Write concise scripts and develop shooting plans for each video concept.
• Videography and Production:
• Film video clips (both indoor and outdoor) using professional cameras or advanced smartphones (depending on content requirements).
• Ensure high quality of lighting, sound, and framing to meet premium standards.
• Video Editing and Post-Production:
• Conduct fast-paced editing and post-production for short-form videos (Reels/TikToks).
• Incorporate visual effects, text overlays, trending music, and sound effects to maximize content appeal and interactivity.
• Create branded video templates for consistent content style.
• Publishing and Analysis:
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content on relevant platforms at optimal posting times.
• Monitor video performance, analyze key metrics (views, shares, completion rate), and utilize data to refine future content strategy.
• Required Qualifications and Skills:Experience: Proven prior experience in filming, editing, and producing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram (Mandatory).
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the algorithms, mechanics, and types of content that achieve virality on both TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Filming Skills: High proficiency in using filming equipment (professional cameras or smartphones) and lighting setups.
• Editing Software: Excellent command of quick editing software (such as CapCut, InShot) or professional suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Creativity & Quick Thinking: Ability to quickly translate a simple idea into an engaging video within minutes.
• Flexibility: Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
