Creative Web Developer – WordPress & Canva

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Web Developer to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate should be intellectually sharp, have a good sense of humor when it comes to development challenges, and combine strong coding skills with a designer’s eye to make websites look modern and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, plugins, and themes
• Integrate websites with CRMs, APIs, and AI-driven tools
• Design user-friendly layouts and visuals using Canva and other design tools
• Ensure responsive design, optimized speed, and high performance
• Apply creative problem-solving to make development both functional and appealing
• Stay updated with the latest web and AI technologies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in WordPress development and custom coding (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Proven knowledge of plugin development and CRM integrations
• Strong design sense with experience using Canva or similar tools
• Ability to independently handle projects from start to finish
• Result-oriented mindset with an innovative approach to solving problems

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation and customer experience
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
