Job Description – Community Growth Manager
- Build, grow, and manage an engaged community of creators and affiliates
- Develop strategies to increase creator participation, retention, and activity
- Communicate daily with community members and provide support
- Create engaging updates, announcements, and campaigns to boost activity
- Identify top-performing creators and help them scale their content and earnings
- Analyze community insights to improve engagement and growth
- Coordinate between creators, marketing, and product teams for campaigns
- Ensure a positive, active, and supportive community environment
Requirements – Community Growth Manager
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in community management, creator management, or social media
- Ability to build relationships and motivate community members
- Comfortable using social platforms (TikTok, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, etc.)
- Good understanding of creator economy and affiliate marketing
- Reliable internet & stable working environment
- Organized, proactive, and creative in problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
