The Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, structuring risk-mitigated credit terms, and monitoring portfolio health. The role combines in-depth financial analysis, policy application, and commercial acumen to enable safe growth, minimize delinquencies, and support decision-making across Sales, Finance, and Collections.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
-
Professional credentials a plus: CMA, IFRS or local credit certifications.
-
2 years of progressive credit/risk analysis experience.
-
Strong command of financial statement analysis, cash-flow modeling, and risk grading methodologies.
-
Familiarity with IFRS 9 concepts, KYC/AML basics, and local legal frameworks for debt recovery.
