Credit Processing Officer (Centralized Operations Dept.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute consumer credit operations activities for the non-secured facilities.
  • Review all the received documents with the conditions stated in the credit approval.
  • Follow disbursement steps through the bank’s system and specifying the right payment method.
  • Register and report all the data related to credit limits, loans and guarantees.
  • Execute of the issuance of buyout drafts to the other banks in addition to the required deals’ reversal on the system for any revised approval cases.
  • Execute buyouts through:
  • Place hold for buyout incremental amounts to customers’ accounts as per identified policy.
  • Execute the issuance of buyout drafts to other Banks in addition to the required deals’ reversal on the system for any revised approval cases.
  • Register the movement of checks, including issuing and archiving and follow up the buyout checks status with the clearing center.
  • Execute activities related to Auto Loans:
  • Prepare daily and monthly drafts for vendors, sales commissions and VAT commissions.
  • Prepare approved auto sales schemes’ commissions.
  • Update auto portfolio by all related data to insurance and car details.
  • Support legal, audit and collection of consumer risk functions by providing the required documents in order to save the bank’s rights.
  • Reply within SLA to the inquiries of branches, sales coordinators and risk and ensure that replies are sent on time.
  • Prepare required reports regarding the following and ensure their submission within the set time frames.;
  • All the data related to credit limits, loans and guarantees.
  • Prepare ID forms to be send to CBE in accordance to identified regulations.
  • Archive all documents after execution such as; booking, maintenance, insurance and customer requests documents as well as the approved files.
  • Execute UAT testing and review the results to ensure correct implementation.
  • Investigate to solve received complaints in cooperation with Consumer Rights Protection – Compliance & Governance – in accordance with the policies and procedures and identified SLA.

And any other assigned Tasks.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree


Minimum Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant banking experience


Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • Preferred previous internship experience/ university activities.
  • Very good command of MS Word & MS Excel.
