Crewing Manager/Superintendent - Degree in HR or Maritime Management

Position Requirements

Education:

• Degree in HR or Maritime Management.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years in crew management for offshore vessels, including at least 3–5 years handling jack-up barges.
• Proven exposure to Aramco-approved operations and compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of MLC (Maritime Labour Convention), STCW, and Flag State requirements.
• Familiarity with the Aramco approval matrix for crew

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end crew recruitment, planning, and mobilization for jack-up barges.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco minimum sea-time and certification requirements.
• Manage crew change logistics (visas, medicals, training, travel).
• Maintain updated competence matrix and track timely certification renewals.
• Oversee crew performance, welfare, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with company SMS (Safety Management System).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Solid understanding of offshore operations in KSA.
• Proficiency in crew management software (e.g., COMPAS or equivalent).
• Ability to work under tight schedules and handle crisis situations effectively.
• Strong communication skills with clients, port agents, manning offices, and flag authorities.
