Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary:
The Critical Care Nurse is responsible for providing advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. She will monitor vital signs, manage life-support equipment, administer medications, and assist physicians in emergency procedures to ensure optimal patient recovery and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs, ventilator settings, and patient progress.
• Administer IV fluids, medications, and blood products as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during intubation, resuscitation, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and quality standards in ICU.
• Offer emotional support and communication to patient families.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid registration.
• 1–5 years of experience in ICU/Critical Care.
• Strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of ICU equipment (ventilator, monitors, defibrillator, etc.).
• Compassionate and resilient under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
