Our client needs a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to take the reins of our customer data and marketing automation infrastructure. You will be the master of our tech stack, primarily within HubSpot or GoHighLevel, ensuring these powerful platforms are configured to maximize efficiency for our sales and marketing teams. Your goal is to build seamless, automated customer journeys that generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and configure our HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel portals, including user setup, permissions, pipeline management, custom properties, and module customization.
- Automation Architecture: Design, build, and maintain complex automated workflows (e.g., lead scoring, email nurturing sequences, SMS campaigns, task creation, and internal notifications).
- Integration Management: Connect and manage integrations between our CRM and other tools (e.g., Zoom, Calendly, payment processors, Meta Lead Ads, Google Sheets) using native integrations, APIs, or Zapier/Make.com.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Own the health of our database. Perform regular audits, clean-ups, and ensure data accuracy. Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to track KPIs for marketing campaigns and sales performance.
- Template Development: Create and optimize landing pages, email templates, forms, and chat flows to support marketing initiatives.
- Team Training & Support: Act as the go-to expert for the team. Train new users, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure high adoption and effective use of the platforms.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore new features and betas in HubSpot and GoHighLevel. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to keep us at the cutting edge.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an administrator, power user, or implementer of HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel. (Please specify your experience in your application).
- A solid understanding of CRM fundamentals, marketing automation, and sales processes.
- Proven experience building multi-step automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot Workflows, GHL Campaigns/Funnels).
- A keen eye for data detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and organized database.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and support team members.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
- Relevant certifications (HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Platform Administrator; GoHighLevel Certified Partner).
- Experience with integrating CRMs using Zapier, Make.com, or API calls.
- Experience in [your industry, e.g., digital marketing, real estate, home services].
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization.
- Experience with SMS marketing workflows within GoHighLevel.
