CRM & AR Executives

We Are Hiring: CRM & AR Executives (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes including billing and collections
• Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid invoices
• Work on denials, rejections, and claim corrections
• Ensure timely submission and resubmission of claims
• Maintain accurate financial and billing records
• Communicate with clients/insurance companies for payment updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 6 months to 1 year of AR/billing experience (preferably in healthcare/medical billing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with billing software and MS Office
• Ability to work in night shift

Shift: Night Shift 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
