Job Title: Retention Executive

Location: Rawalpindi
Department: Customer Success / Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retention Executive who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction to minimize churn. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and encourage continued engagement with the company’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Identify customers at risk of leaving and implement strategies to retain them.
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients regarding renewals, service continuation, or contract extensions.
  • Provide product or service guidance to customers and highlight additional benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Achieve monthly retention and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and retention performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retention, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
