Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management & Strategy: Serve as the primary administrator for our CRM platform, proactively evolving its capabilities to support and anticipate dynamic business needs.
- Process Automation: Design and implement sophisticated automated workflows and dynamic segmentation strategies to drive marketing and sales efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Transform raw customer data into actionable intelligence by developing insightful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that track engagement and ROI.
- Training & Enablement: Champion CRM adoption across the organization by conducting engaging training sessions and establishing best practices for all users.
- Data Governance: Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and security through systematic audits, cleansing procedures, and strict adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- System Integration: Architect and maintain seamless integrations between the CRM and other critical business systems (e.g., email marketing, ERP, customer support tools).
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and recommend strategies for growth and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the business to ensure the CRM strategy is tightly aligned with and accelerates broader company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of direct, hands-on experience administering a modern CRM platform (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho One).
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring CRM systems, building automation, and generating custom reports.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data visualization tools (e.g., native CRM dashboards, Power BI, Tableau).
- Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with SQL, API interfaces, or scripting languages for advanced data manipulation and customization is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users of varying technical skill levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
