Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Strategy: Evolve the CRM platform to dynamically support changing business objectives.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implement automated workflows and segmentation to optimize processes and spur growth.
- Data & Insights: Create insightful dashboards and reports to track engagement metrics and shape strategy.
- Governance & Integration: Ensure system integrity through robust governance and seamless integrations.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Train users and partner with departments to align the CRM with key business initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring modern CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
- Proven ability to build automated workflows, develop custom reports, and create dashboards to derive actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, native CRM analytics).
- Adept at training and supporting users across technical skill levels, translating complex functionality into easy-to-understand terms.
- Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or scripting for advanced data tasks and system customization.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
