CRM Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator with CRM experience to support our real estate sales team. This role is responsible for managing the CRM system, coordinating sales processes, handling client communication, and ensuring seamless operations between departments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate sector and a solid understanding of CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day sales operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, agreements, and contracts.
  • Schedule and follow up on client meetings, property visits, and site tours.
  • Track and manage leads, inquiries, and client data using CRM.
  • Aware of standard practices for a developer in Dubai.
  • Knowledgeable in orientation, construction, handover, post-sales, and resell processes.
  • Understanding of departmental responsibilities for smooth operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of DLD, Trakheesi, Oqood, and TAS.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update the CRM database (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) with accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel and assign leads to relevant sales executives.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure proper documentation and categorization of client communication within the CRM.
  • Keep track of Pre and Post Handover instalments.
  • Assist clients with any service request.
  • Maintain client’s KYCs and Statement of accounts.

Client Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between clients, legal and the sales team to ensure prompt follow-ups and communication.
  • Handle incoming client calls, emails, and queries with professionalism.
  • Send follow-up emails, meeting reminders, property information, and promotional materials.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare sales reports, booking forms, and MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Maintain inventory records of properties, including unit availability and pricing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and client payments.

Operational Support

  • Support the team in organizing sales events, property expos, and customer walkthroughs.
  • Track project deadlines and sales targets for internal use.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in client documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
