About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven **CRM Expert** to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems for our U.S.-based real estate investment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong BPO background, deep understanding of CRM workflows, and technical expertise in database queries and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage, configure, and maintain CRM systems such as REsimpli, BatchLeads, or Podio.

* Develop and optimize CRM workflows to enhance lead management and communication efficiency.

* Generate and execute SQL or CRM-native queries to create targeted lead lists and performance reports.

* Integrate CRM data with marketing, dialing, and analytics platforms.

* Train team members on CRM usage and ensure data integrity across all systems.

* Coordinate with acquisition and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow and follow-up processes.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the **BPO or real estate** industry.

* Hands-on experience with tools like **REsimpli, HubSpot, BatchLeads, or Zoho CRM**.

* Strong understanding of **lead pipelines**, **data segmentation**, and **automated workflows**.

* Working knowledge of **SQL queries**, **Google Sheets automations**, or **API integrations** is a plus.

* Excellent communication skills with a **neutral or North American accent** preferred.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
