Work Location: Fort, Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

Core Competencies / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and client communication tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Client-oriented mindset with follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
  • Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings with architects and key decision-makers.
  • Track and follow up on product samples, quotations, and feedback.
  • Send broadcast messages to clients regarding new products, offers, or updates.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
