Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all booked and registered clients, ensuring consistent communication and client relationship management throughout their property journey.
- Coordinate and follow up for balance payments by sending reminders, generating demand letters, and ensuring timely collection and reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage all post-sales documentation including payment receipts, buyer agreements, demand letters, and possession letters.
- Oversee the possession process — from final payment clearance to handover — ensuring all documentation, snag checks, and customer satisfaction protocols are followed.
- Address all customer queries related to payments, documentation, loan coordination, project updates, and possession timelines through calls, emails, and on-site meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams — sales, accounts, legal, and projects — to ensure smooth processing of each client’s post-sales requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system with all communications and document submissions for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Ensure proactive communication regarding construction progress, possession timelines, and handover details, keeping clients informed and confident about their purchase.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on payment collections, pending dues, possession schedules, and customer communication status.
- Assist in organizing handover events, walkthroughs, and provide after-possession support for client satisfaction and brand goodwill.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
