NOTE: This role aligns with UK working hours and is onsite in the Business Bay, so 12.30 pm - 9 pm / 11.30 - 8 pm, depending on the time of year.

Role Summary

Our Dubai-based client are looking for a digitally focused Marketing Executive, who will support the delivery of high-performing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand consistency, and audience engagement. You will play a key role in managing CRM processes, building automation journeys, enhancing content output, and supporting campaigns across multiple digital channels to help our client achieve their marketing and sales objectives.

Important: You will understand how to turn behavioural data into customer triggers, analyse website behaviour to inform marketing strategy and work closely with a content team to deliver appropriate outputs across channels.

Key Performance Indicators

✅ Execute effective digital campaigns that consistently deliver high-quality sales leads.
✅ Support the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and wider projects.
✅ Maximise CRM capabilities by maintaining strong processes, automation workflows and data integrity.
✅ Contribute to marketing projects that enhance brand consistency and drive core marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Deliver Effective Email & SMS Campaigns

✅ Produce email and SMS campaigns that generate quality sales leads.
✅ Analyse the prospect database to tailor messages to audience needs and behaviours.
✅ Manage email and SMS delivery through HubSpot to improve overall email health and engagement.
✅ Build automated workflows in HubSpot to enhance communication and streamline the customer journey.
✅ Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to management.
✅ Develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimise campaign results.
✅ Explore and integrate additional communication channels to expand automation and boost engagement across the sales funnel.

Create Compelling Downloadable Content

✅ Develop strong content ideas that communicate key messages to prospective audiences.
✅ Build and manage a pipeline of prospects engaging with downloadable content, supported by effective nurture journeys.
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to refine and enhance content based on audience feedback.
✅ Work closely with colleagues, agencies, and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing materials.

Provide General Marketing Support

✅ Support the team with social media content creation aligned to lead-generation goals.
✅ Assist in producing content that promotes weekly investment webinars.
✅ Develop and implement content strategies to improve SEO visibility and organic performance.
✅ Assist with maintaining and updating website content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
✅ Ensure all marketing materials follow consistent brand messaging and positioning.

Contribute Actively to Marketing Projects

✅ Support the delivery of marketing projects as required.
✅ Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing planning.
✅ Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
✅ Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and wider promotional activities.

Skills / Qualifications

✅ Highly numerate with strong logical thinking, enabling effective workflow creation and data analysis.
✅ Driven individual with a desire to achieve lead-generation targets.
✅ Experience in email and SMS marketing.
✅ HubSpot platform experience (desirable).
✅ Website development experience (desirable).
✅ Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
✅ Website and SEO experience (desirable).
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
