Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a CRM Specialist.

How Do You Fit In?
The Savage X Fenty growth marketing team is looking for a CRM Specialist to lead execution of all marketing emails, overseeing campaign and content management, A/B testing strategies, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value. This is an excellent opportunity to support all functions of the Savage X Fenty growth marketing team and contribute to unprecedented growth of the brand and our emerging markets.

This position will report to the Sr. CRM Manager.

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and calendarization of CRM marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, and project management teams to develop and implement email campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on weekly CRM campaign performance across all channels, identifying key trends and opportunities.
  • Input briefs and collaborate closely with the Creative team to develop best-in-class CRM campaigns that align with brand guidelines and customer engagement goals.
  • Execute A/B testing across CRM touchpoints, sharing A/B test results and actionable insights with stakeholders, including the Creative team, to enhance campaign design and messaging.
  • Render testing and QA CRM assets, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, and that all email activity is tracked.
  • Assist CRM team with various projects, such as market research, reporting, and preparing decks for presentations that drive customer retention, repeat purchase rate and loyalty program growth.

What you can bring:

  • 2-4 Years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email service providers (ESPs), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, product, and customer experience teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of email compliance, deliverability, A/B testing, and KPIs
  • Experience with segmentation and targeting
  • Omnichannel CRM experience a plus
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • 4-year college degree from accredited institution

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,640-$85,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
