What You ll Do
 
* Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all touchpoints
* Maintain clean, complete, and accurate CRM data for analysis and reporting
* Work closely with marketing teams to roll out CRM strategies that boost customer engagement
* Monitor and optimize CRM workflows and campaigns for efficiency and ROI
* Create and update CRM reports, dashboards, and mini-surveys to track trends
* Use profiling and segmentation to support targeted marketing activities
* Ensure CRM tools are up-to-date and utilized effectively by internal teams
* Recommend improvements to enhance CRM efficiency, automation, and user engagement
* Support promotional activities, events, and loyalty campaigns with data insights
* Follow up on deliverables and ensure stakeholder accountability for CRM timelines
 
Ideal Profile
 
* Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* Solid understanding of CRM platforms and contact database management
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with data extraction, reporting, and marketing segmentation
* Proficient in Excel and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer experience
