Crockery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the crockery/kitchenware section, including inventory, stock rotation, and displays.
  • Ensure all crockery items are neatly arranged, properly labeled, and in good condition.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide guidance on selection.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with store policies in the section.
  • Train and guide junior staff in handling, displaying, and managing crockery products.
  • Collaborate with other store departments to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Report daily sales, stock issues, and other operational matters to the Store Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • FMCG : 1 year (Preferred)
