CRS (Client's Relations Specialist) Required for Medical Billing Company

Meds Nexus/Meshsq is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. If you have excellent English communication skills (North American accent preferred) and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages.

Manage the sales pipeline efficiently — from lead qualification to client onboarding.

Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, or conference calls.

Prepare meeting minutes, follow-ups, and analytical reports on client interactions.

Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales targets.

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Understand and identify client needs, delivering tailored and courteous responses.

Perform tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Graduation or above in any field.

Experience: 1–3 years in customer support, sales, or both (preferred).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.

Tech Proficiency: Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), RingCentral, Avaya, or Cisco IP Phones.

Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to the U.S. healthcare industry is a plus.

Availability: Must be available during U.S. business hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PST).
