Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a talented CSR to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have experience and will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through both inbound international call and email communication.

Skills:

. At least 6 Months to 1 year of experience in international sales is required

· Proficiency in English is must

Responsibilities:

Answer emails in a professional and courteous manner.

Efficiently handle calls coordination and support, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.

Assist customers courteously and professionally.

Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Record customer information, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the company database.

Collaborate with team members to address complex issues.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 5

Shift: 10 am to 6 pm
