We are seeking motivated and energetic Female candidates for our calling team. This position involves connecting with potential customers, sharing service-related information confidently, and meeting performance goals.You will assist customers with questions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure all interactions meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policie
