Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Urdu Call Center Representative based in Lahore. The role involves providing excellent customer support, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Representatives will ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent Communication skills, including fluency in Urdu, with the ability to interact effectively
  • Experience in Contact Centers or call center operations
  • Basic Computer Literacy skills to handle software and communication tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally
