Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our Company. The primary role involves generating high-quality leads by engaging potential customers and providing them with information about Company related services. Candidates should be persuasive communicators with strong interpersonal skills to ensure positive customer experiences and successful lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Emails & Sms Calls Replies
• Effectively communicate Company related information to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead statuses.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign goals.

Requirements:

• Good English-speaking skills.
• Previous experience in a call center (but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply).
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
