Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

2. 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Admissions, or Front Desk (experience in the training/education sector will be preferred).

3. Ability to achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets through effective student counselling and sales conversion.

4. Basic understanding of CRM, LMS, or student management systems to manage leads and student records efficiently.

5. Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining sales reports, inquiry records, and follow-up tracking.

6. Strong follow-up and lead management skills with the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

7. Presentable personality with excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with prospective students and parents.

8. Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Job Description Summary:

PNY Trainings is looking for a motivated and target-driven Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to support admissions and sales activities. The role involves guiding prospective students about available courses, converting inquiries into admissions, maintaining follow-ups with leads, and ensuring effective coordination between students and the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets through effective student counseling and sales conversion.

2. Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage student inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversion.

3. Guide and counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fee structures, and class schedules.

4. Convert walk-in, online, and phone inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication and persuasion skills.

5. Maintain and update lead, inquiry, and admission records in CRM/LMS systems.

6. Ensure timely completion of admission documentation and fee processing.

7. Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead generation and conversion ratios.

8. Provide regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize admission opportunities.

9. Prepare daily and weekly sales/admission reports for management review.
10. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment to enhance the student admission experience.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
