Title: Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (Plumbing & Hvac Job )

We’re growing! East Coast Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for a reliable, organized part time/full time Dispatcher / CSR to join our team. If you love helping people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for plumbing and HVAC jobs
• Communicate with field staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
• Update customer records and service orders in our system
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and schedule future maintenance
• Provide top-notch customer service and support

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling (Plumbing/HVAC preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
• Tech-savvy (experience with ServiceTitan or similar software a plus)
• A team player with a great attitude
