Client – HR Domain
. This is a
fixed night shift, onsite, client-facing role (Monday to Friday)
that offers direct exposure to a global HR environment, where professionalism, strong communication, and ownership are essential. The position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders, leverage HR systems expertise, and grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Previous experience in HR or HR-related functions is a strong plus.

Proven experience working with HR-based software or enterprise HR platforms.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, typing, and standard business tools.

Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients.

Responsibilities
As a Client Service Executive in the HR domain, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless HR-related service delivery. This role requires a combination of
strong client management skills, HR knowledge, and hands-on software expertise
, enabling you to provide tailored solutions and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear, confident, and professional communication at all times.

Manage client requests and interactions using HR-based software platforms; hands-on experience with such systems is highly valued.

Apply strong client service and relationship management skills to understand client needs and deliver accurate, HR-aligned solutions.

Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills while engaging with international clients.

Analyze and resolve HR-related client concerns using structured problem-solving and sound judgment.
