Job Summary

Ibex, on behalf of one of its international clients, is seeking a high-performing and articulate professional to join its team as a Client – HR Domain . This is a fixed night shift, onsite, client-facing role (Monday to Friday) that offers direct exposure to a global HR environment, where professionalism, strong communication, and ownership are essential. The position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders, leverage HR systems expertise, and grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in HR or HR-related functions is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience working with HR-based software or enterprise HR platforms.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, typing, and standard business tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients.
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Willingness and availability to work onsite during the night shift.

Responsibilities

As a Client Service Executive in the HR domain, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless HR-related service delivery. This role requires a combination of strong client management skills, HR knowledge, and hands-on software expertise , enabling you to provide tailored solutions and strengthen long-term client relationships.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear, confident, and professional communication at all times.
  • Manage client requests and interactions using HR-based software platforms; hands-on experience with such systems is highly valued.
  • Apply strong client service and relationship management skills to understand client needs and deliver accurate, HR-aligned solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills while engaging with international clients.
  • Analyze and resolve HR-related client concerns using structured problem-solving and sound judgment.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in complex or high-pressure situations.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback, quality initiatives, and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend HR-related products or services aligned with client needs and business objectives.
