Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 40,000 per month + commissions

We are seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) Remote with proven outbound sales and cold-calling experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Cold Calling: Reach out to prospects in the US/Canada, introduce services, and generate qualified leads or sales.
• Follow-Ups & Inbound Support: Manage callbacks, nurture leads, and support referral inquiries.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve daily/weekly call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
• CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, update statuses, and maintain clean records.
• Team Collaboration: Share feedback, suggest improvements to scripts, and engage in ongoing coaching sessions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–2+ years in outbound sales, BPO, or call center roles.
• Communication: Excellent spoken English with persuasive and confident phone presence.
• Resilience: Ability to handle objections and stay motivated to hit quotas.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and basic office tools.
• Availability: Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US/Canada hours.
